ECQ - Learning Another Language Online

With the never ending extensions of the ECQ and the dwindling list of movies to watch in Netflix, I decided to kill my time learning another language. What are the good online sites that provide this? Preferably free to low cost. Im thinking of learning french.

Have not, but I will try
I tried the free tutorial of babbel, but too basic.
Going into some tutorial in youtube.

Aside from learning a language, sobrang dami ng free webinars with different topics. Best time to learn now on the side. Hindi distracted sa traffic at hindi pagod pag-uwi.
