I am not a lawyer but negligence causing damages can be filed. Civil case for damages yan if they can prove that there is a defect in the construction of the house/buidling.Quote:

Oo, need mo expert testimonies na hindi pasok sa standards ng building code yung nasirang bahay. So medyo tricky kasi matagal na building codes natin at malamang hindi naman ganun kataas standards since outdated na. Tsaka again baka hindi kasama sa requiremnet na earthquake proof kasi. Kung meron sana may idea from the construction industry baka mas maliwanagan tayo.Quote:
