no matter how bad we think we are or how bad we did, there is always something good, worthwhile, outstanding, positive, productive or something we are proud of. some jobs like the firemen, police, lifeguards and everyday heroes do their jobs with pride.
what have you done for others lately? have you made someone else's life a little bit better today?

I know of one tsikoteer who's always willing to help. A few weeks back I saw him helping out a stranded motorist late at night on EDSA. I stopped to help and we ended up towing the lady's vehicle near her home. It almost had a disastrous result due to a miscommunication where i signaled to slow down and brake but his LC80 picked-up speed and suddenly tugged the lightweight Vios like tin cans behind a kid's bike, causing it to slide sideways momentarily (due to the wet road that time). Good thing walang katabi.

We gained a new friend in the process, it saved her some money from being towed on EDSA, and saved her hypertensive hubby from unnecessary stress.

^ "bigyan ng jacket" yang si sir vinj.
    Sino yung isang tsikoteer sir?

Last week may umi-skid, na motorsiklo. Ako na lumapit sa biker at tumawag sa relatives nya. At tumakbo sa barangay para sa rescue unit nila at maisugod sa hospital.

Walang tumutulong, medyo umuulan pa't madilim na.

Hint: Naka LC80 siya. Mas kilala siya ng mga old timers and he really always goes out to help. ;)

Re. helping out the bikers, i remember one tsikoteer posting na he stopped to help tapos pinagbintangan siya ng ibang bikers na siya daw may sala.

    Retired chickboy kamo. :D

BTT: been busy helping out the family and extended family financially these days. Now that I'm part of the workforce, it feels nice to be able to help them out.
