That looks like a Wasp.
And that mean bite looks like the person
is allergic to wasp bites that's why it got
so swollen..

Obviously, the e-mail is a hoax. It does not
come from the wasp's urine and neither is
the wasp a new insect that just appeared
out of the blue.

Don't believe everything you read over the
internet.
