the admirable thing luli did here is that she pointed out the immigration officer's unfair treatment of her and she pursued the complaint. because of that complaint that guy will not victimise and abuse us in our future travels.

immigration agents in naia behave so crappily towards people they need this kind of incident to remind them of professional decorum!
