Hi Vince! just a wild guess... comparing to any other carb, air-fuel mixture is rich when your muffler tip cavity leaves a heavy black residue. Is that right enthusiasts?

Coorect ka dyan Mr. Kevin, However the same occurance also happens pag sira ang mga valve seals. The best way to know if tama ang mixture is thru the color of the tip of the spark plugs. If its White then Lean mixture, Black its Rich mixture, if its Brownish red parang kalawang eh thats a good mixture na.

also remember batman, unleaded fuel tends to leave a brownish residue sa spark plug even when lean ang mixture. use leaded when tuning via spark plug color.
