Gud am. Parang nakakahiyang i-post, ang gaganda ng mga SoCal postings!

anyway, have owned quite a few old benz's over the years from a new W111 to the W116. But let me share a most recent acquisition with my son, who just bought this W123 as a DIY dedicated LPG conversion. We begin work next month when the components arrive from various suppliers! Our humble contribution to the local pix.

Mr. sssalongga, I've been thinking a lot about getting a w123 200G and converting it to LPG.because i love the classic look and durability of the w123. was wondering if it can be run by LPG. let me know the progress of your project car and how much it consumes, and cost din pala. matagal ko na pangarap magka benz, hehe. been reading the MBCP forum lately, obsessed na yata ako sa benz (c/o mbeige a.k.a. karugs)

Toybox, why not get a 240D instead? No need for conversion, matipid pa, plus very easy to maintain. Or if you want a daily commuter na sobrang tipid, a 200D is great for this job and will get you there safely as well.

actually first choice ko talaga is diesel 200D or 240D,m medyo mahirap lang maghanap ng good examples nito dito. also found a 300CD u.s. version 1984 for 160k pero medyo run down an ang interiors. but all working ang power amenities. or a diesel wagon mas gusto ko.

Francis kailan ka babalik? Kasya ba ang isang w201 sa balikbayan box mo?

There was a Pinoy MB meet sa Cerritos sa Salo-Salo Grill nandun sila Chris, Eric, Alfie, Nelson and me. Two 190E's (2.6 and 2.3), 1 C230K, my 300D, and Nelson's Teg (S55 was in shop)

Guys if you want to join our MB meets here in Southern CA feel free to join this thread:

Alfred is that your new w124? How is it naman? I'm still learning the ways of the w124 din with the 300TE. Looks like some moderate repairs need to be done (suspension, some engine, cleaning, and tune up, etc). SLS works though!! Whew...
