May pera naman talaga sa youtube. Pero don't dare compare Pinoy squammy/problematic youtube channels to Legit content youtubers. Sponsors know where the market is, so that is where the money goes

hmm let me illustrate the point of my post. You can expect MKBHD's (marques brownlee) vlogging earnings are expected to be exponentially higher than say JaMill. They have a close subscriber count at 12M vs 11.1M, but the demographic (due to creator's contents) makes it unfair to compare the earnings of the jolog couple to the tech guru's.

I would think Marques Brownlee's audience reach is bigger since English siya (and mas malaki earnings pag English) and tech related yung content niya.
Yung market ng JaMill pinas lang yan mostly. And yes advertisers can pick videos and content creators, but that doesn't mean nawalan ng advertiser ang JaMill because it went to another. YouTube will simply put another ad on their vids. You don't even have to be as big as JaMill, may certain subscriber and views count threshold na pagnareach mo lalagyan na ng ads vids mo.

EXACTLY. Kahit mga 200k subs they have ads and sponsorships na. They get a lot of free products nga eLast edited by _Cathy_; October 1st, 2020 at 10:07 PM.

Sorry if ganun dating pero wala talagang value sakin yung content. anyway, you do you
hahaha dinidispute ko lang yung previous argument mo po comparing supercar blondie to local channels. I imagine sponsors dropping 1-5k dollars easily to US/Europe based vloggers vs 10-20k for local vloggers. or worse, free merch? haaha
