guminhawa sa buhay might be a better term. They might be a little more comfortable now due to their popularity and current money stream, but they still aren't truly rich.
If I'm them I'd establish a source of steady cash first before the material things. But then again, their business is content, and showing off (e.g. purchases) is really good content for the masses

point is, for many pinoys living below/at/a little above poverty level, buying/building a decent house is unlikely to happen
kaya filipino dream... for most it's just a dream
so watching some pinoy youtubers fulfill their dreams... nakaka-inspire
it gives people hope na posible pala

September 28th, 2020 01:49 PM #369I was watching an influencer western couple who just travel the world for a living. They went to the philippines 2x, etc. Anyways they went on an Antarctica cruise (my dream). Daming pinoy crew on the ship...even in the pilot house...i think the first officer was a pinoy

Why go through so much effort? Ligawan na lang yung successful na influencer. Sure fire way to get it made.
