bakit di sila magtayo ng malaking bahay sa New Manila or Makati

coz they're priced out

pag bumili ako ng property dito, either di ko ma enjoy dahil sa laki ng monthly (im poor) or sobrang liit naman.
kung doon kasi kahit papaano mura lang patayo, baka less 5 years bayad na lahat (plus existing savings)
pwede rin pala buraot nalang ako sa bahay ni ermat, may extra naman 300 plus square meter, wala na naman syang garden puro talahib nalang hahaha
