I'm surprised too. But what's shocking e may left pala sa Japan? I know they are racist nga, even halfs are treated as foreigners. Those that are born and raised in Japan but don't have the blood are still treated as foreigners. Also, it's extremely hard to get Japanese Citizenship. I wonder if this Ukranian was born and raised in Japan too?

Maybe because Japan doesn't really care about pageants. It's the Philippines and Latin Americans lang naman na big deal pa pageants.
