Actually, madali lang solusyon jan.

Jam's mother can institute a case for judicial settlement of the estate of her son before the regional trial court.

Since the son had a common-law partner or spouse (Liggayu), she can be made to appear before the court to make an account for the monies and other property owned by Sebastian for purposes of determining the extent of the estate. I doubt naman na napakalaking pera yun pero baka pride kasi ang nananaig dun sa nanay.
