I'm having my 10k PMS done at GH on monday. As part of the purchase deal last December, labor will be free. How much is the typical charge for a 10k service? What's being done on the car? SA indicates its going to be about 5k to 6 k in parts?

10Tkm/6mos for December purchase should have been last June already. In my case this is not more than P4k if I remember correctly.
Your next PMS should be 20Tkm/1yr as per their PMS schedule.

Berjaya checked my CX9 yesterday. Meron daw noise coming from the Catalytic. Parang it's too early to have this kind of issue for a brand new car.

It sounds like a diesel engine when the engine shifts gear. Nakausap ko yesterday yung head ng customer service ng Berjaya and he said they will make sure that my car will be back to 100% performance. I told him that I will call my bank if there's another factory defect after this to cancel my loan.

2 weeks before the catalytic assembly arrives so hopefully mawala na to.

I think I paid less than 4K for the 10K/6 months PMS

Same as mine, but the casa said we have to follow the maintenance per month of ownership otherwise the warranty will be voided.
