regarding insurance, transfer to a different insurer when you renew this year.

This is true, if your car is less than a year old and you already hear rattling sounds, then bring it to the dealership ASAP. I've been having my MX-5 serviced at mazda makati for a year now and I've been complaining about rattling sounds coming from the rear part of the vehicle. I've returned the car 3 times already for PMS but it still rattles after. For a change I brought the car to Mazda Greenhills for diagnosis of the rattling. They performed a visual inspection and right then and there, they found that my rear shock absorbers were already leaking! They said that these can be replaced under warranty since I have very low mileage since I rarely use the car. Try to bring your car to MGH if you feel that your concern hasn't been resolved. They have a good technical team.
