MAZDA Cost of Maintenance/Ownership after YOJIN 3

I'm considering buying a Mazda 3. It seems a good value for money. Tanong lang regarding maintenance after Yojin 3:
1. Are there stores selling genuine Mazda parts aside from casas? How's the availability of their parts?
2. If I buy parts outside casa, meron bang casa that allows parts to be brought in, kahit may corkage o waiver?
3. For comparison, how much is a cabin filter, or front brake pads if bought from the casa?

Found dealership parts pricing surprisingly fair & competitive relative to US online. Bought some non-maintenance items for experimental purposes...OE headlamp dust boot at P400ish, steering wheel clockspring for the M2's paddle addition at sub3k.....So far, ownership has been really good. Better than my Honda, Toyota, Mitsu dealership experiences....Then again, things could vary from 1 dealership to another.
