Planning to sell the car Mazda 3 bought last July 2010. Naka mortgage yung car sa banko. 5 years to pay. Naka 9 months na ako simula nung Sept 2010. Gusto ko lang makuha yung na 100K na down payment na binayad ko kahit CONTINUE na lang ng BUYER yung remaining balance..
May mga questions po ako.
1. Kung may sure buyer.. paano yung usapan doon? Deed of Sale lang ba kailangan at photo copy ng OR/CR at insurance policy?
2. Sino yung mag lalakad ng transfer ng papers. LTO registration and insurance ? currently 3 years registered yung car at naka Comprehensive with AOG but will expire this July.
3. Paano yung continuation ng bayad nito sa banko kung sa akin naka pangalan yung mortgage?

bro sa pagkakaalam ko kung yung buyer mo ang mg continue ng mortgage dapat ayusin nyo sa bank kasi yung deed of sale ay kung ikaw na may ari. naka encumbered pa yan sa bank. another reason is that kung itutuloy ng buyer yung mortgage under your name at hindi nakabayad, sira ang credit mo sa bank at sa future loan/s mo.
