Anytime, sir. On the shared lower control arm bush TSB, they actually apply some dry coat/film lube....much like on polyurethane bushes. Instead of WD40, try this...

Thanks again for the tip sir! [emoji106]

I have this one which I use to lubricate the power window rails. Is it ok too?

Anytime, sir! Just check if it doesn't dry up top quickly. This shouldn't be something you need to frequently do. In the entire span of my 3's ownership, I've yet to lube the bushes.
To check lower control arm bush health, kick the tires front to back. If there's any budge, likely, new bushes needed.

I used it last time on this part:

I got that suggestion from the Mazda 6 forum. There was a clanking sound whenever I pass this particular hump. I no longer hear it.

[emoji106]...Macpherson suspension is really the CVT of suspension systems. Imagine the stress that lower arm bush is subjected to...from X,Y,Z axes!... Miss the wishboned 1s....& love the rigid-axled most![emoji853]

The guy who suggested it, being so kind enough, went under his car to take a picture for me.
