*sir ponkan, saan ka ba manggagaling? kung from Iba, mga 2 hrs nasa Alaminos ka (Hundred Islands), road condition ay maayos ang daan. di mo madaanan along the way ang hundred islands, mga 5-10mins drive pa from the city proper. from Alaminos to Dagupan nasa 2 hrs din, road condition ay maayos ang daan. then Dagupan to Baguio via San Fabian/Rosario/Pugo/Marcos Hi-way, nasa 2-3 hrs din yan. road condition maayos naman last na bumiyahe kami nung Dec. happy trip and ingat sa daan...

I took this trip before and it was deretsohan from Manila - Subic (via Olongapo - Gapan road) then out at Zambales gate and went straight all the way to Pangasinan. Road conditions are generally very good save for some bridge constructions (but that was nearly two years ago when i last took the route).
You'll spend the whole day on the road though since when i left Manila at around 8-9am if i recall correctly and went straight, we got to Baguio already early in the evening. We we're only two in the vehicle so we were travelling pretty fast at that (although i got lost for some part in Pangasinan, had to backtrack a little due to bridge construction that time, and also took a longer way inside Dagupan City). If you want to pass by Hundred Islands, better to stay overnight in that area as well and continue on to Baguio the next day.
Bring food though as most of the way, you probably won't find too much palces to eat at unless you stop at a beach resort in Zambales or head straight to Alaminos for a resto. In our case, we had a late lunch (around 2pm or so) at Mc Donalds in Alaminos already.

^Enjoy the trip. That route is a very nice drive indeed.
At least you're starting off from Pampanga and not Manila so that's already a good hour shaved off from your travel time.

*sir ponkan, suggestion lang kung walang time constraint ang road trip niyo at di naman kayo nagmamadali ay from Alaminos pwede ka rin dumiretso ng Bolinao, its less than an hour trip at marami rin magandang resort at beaches dun. before reaching Dagupan, just before CSI Mall ay may traffic light/crossing, going to the left ay shortcut na daan (Judge Jose de Venecia ext) going to Bonuan-San Fabian rd, don't miss the sign para di ka na pumasok ng Dagupan City proper else matatrapik ka. check ahead google maps for your fastest route...
