    heard last summer na may ginagawang part ng karanglan/sta fe... tapos na kaya? kamusta road condition going up and back to manila?

    untill now ginagawa parin kaya sobrang traffic , pag na tsambahan mo yung stop expect 2-3 hours additional travel time........road condition ok naman kahit anong vehicle

    Naku ang hirap jan pag hindi nagkaintindihan ang dalawang flagman sa magkabilang dulo at pina-GO nila both sides. Pano ni hindi sila bigyan ng 2-way radio. They rely on their Nokia 3310's for communication!

    year round ang construction dyan. if you can afford not to use your car, better.

    another option will be rent a car/van para walang hassle on your part, or get q driver that will drive for you.
