thanks for this thread. will be going to san jose, Nueva ecija this week.
distance between Pura exit and Carmen exit is approx 30km
but from both exits, it is around the same 50kms to san jose.
willing to travel 30kms more of expressway vs truck and tricycle congested 2-way highway.

malas yung ibang kakilala ko na galing ng isabela, 24 hours ang travel nila going to manila. even yung FB page ng Victory Liner, nagpost din regarding the chaos dyan sa Sta. Fe, forcing some bus na originally scheduled to leave on a specific time to be cancelled or delayed.
pero as of the moment, normal na daw ulit yung travel time, yun nga lang andoon pa rin yung road construction

Kumusta po ang road condition sa nueva vizcaya as of this time? Papunta ako sa Cauyan City next week. Mga ilan hours ang travel time from balintawak NLEX?
