Any problem that we might encounter?

no plate, no travel policy is nationwide
but its applied in a "strange" manner in other places
for example, in cebu, the dealer has to issue you an authorization to use the vehicle and indicate in what areas you are allowed to drive/travel, for example if it states cebu city, you cannot bring it outside of cebu city. the dealer's authorization can be for as long as 30 days at a time
in manila, the delivery receipt is sufficient so long as it is within the 7 day window. that is why multiple delivery receipts are requested
it would help us consumers/driving public if the practice is consistent
at the very least, just bring your delivery receipt and try to stick within the 7 day window
