September 9th, 2009 04:03 PM #1The Skyway folks are not advertising this of course, but the stretch of the Skyway from the Terminal 3 entrance to Magallances, Don Bosco and Buendia exits are still toll free! Much the same way, vice versa route is also toll free!
I just passed this route again today. Don't know for how long this will be free. Probably until they have finished building one of the exit ramps.

Drivers using Skyway NAIA must pay toll
Philippine Daily Inquirer
4:13 am | Wednesday, November 9th, 2011
Starting on November 16, Skyway operator, Skyway O&M Corp. (Somco), will start collecting toll from motorists using the Skyway System through phase one of the NAIA Expressway.
The VAT-inclusive toll is part of the interim operation agreement signed by the Department of Public Works and Highways, the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB), Citra Metro Manila Tollways Corp. and Somco.
Under the rates approved by TRB, Class 1 vehicles (cars, jeepneys, pick-ups and vans) will be charged P35 while Class 2 vehicles (light trucks, tourist/school/public utility buses and other vehicles with a height of 7 feet or more) will be charged P70.
The NAIA Expressway (Phase 1) crosses the Skyway System near the Sales interchange leading to and from Andrews Avenue in Villamor Air Base, Pasay City.

IMO, they should keep this free. The Skyway NAIA a vital link from the airport to the metro. Why? Because WE (yes, we taxpayers) paid for it!! Argh!!!
