driving thru NLEX to Bocaue

Pede patulong? First time ko kasi magdrive sa NLEX.

1. Pano pumunta NLEX from SM North?
2. pagdating sa NLEX, mga ilang minutes pa to Bocaue exit?
3. Any driving tips sa NLEX?

Go to Balintawak Clover leaf. A good landmark is the Balintawak Market on the left side. Also, check the signs on the overpass.

After turning right (Balintawak Cloverleaf), you are now in the NLEX, go straigth and you will see the Toll Plaza. It is an open system. You pay 36 pesos up to Bocaue.

Go straight. You will pass Valenzuela (Malinta) exit, then Meycauyan exit, Petron Marilao, then Marilao exit. After Marilao, more or less 3 kilometers away, is the Bocaue Toll Plaza. You will see that at the left, southbound lane. Place your vehicle right side as the exit is near it already.

You will also see a open field with lots of Billboards at the right side just opposite the Bocaue Toll Plaza. Turn on your signal light and keep on the right side lane.

You will then be at the Bocaue toll exit. At the exit, turning left will go to Bocaue, turning right will go to Sta. Maria.

Give it around 30 minutes if you drive * 80kph per hour. Maybe less.

1. From EDSA, northbound, sa balintawak cloverleaf, mayroong papasok ng NLEX.

2. no idea pero pag nakapasok ka na ng NLEX, mabilis lang.

3. do not under speed or over speed. kahit na sa ibang parte ng NLEX ay 80 lang ang speed limit, puwede ang 100.

wag bababad sa leftmost lane. designated na over taking lane lang ito. The best ay ang 2nd lane mula sa gitna. OK lang na pumasok sa truck/bus lanes. wag mag change lane pag solid line.

1. from SM North, take Mindanao Avenue going to Quirino Hiway/ Baesa, then take cloverleaf, ikot ka dun. NLEX na yun. That's an alternative since palaging traffic sa EDSA.

2. from Nlex to bocau exit, 7 minutes
3. speed up but slow down pag may namataan ka patrol na gumagala

Caution lng po paglagpas ng Balintawak Tollgate, ginagawa na kasi ang NLEX-C5 cloverleaf before Valenzuela Exit. Minsan kasi sinasara yung dalawang inner lanes.
