We'd like to visit churches around Laguna during the Holy Week and I wanted to go around Laguna de Bay and visit the towns around it.
Could anybody provide us with any information about the towns around Laguna de Bay, its churches and possible stop-overs?
Thanks.

here's another approach towards Laguna Bay Visita Iglesia aside from Rav's earlier post, much known as Eastern approach via Rizal province....
From, EDSA take Ortigas and you're on your way. During Holy Week, especially Holy Thu & Good Fri, a lot of pilgrims go up to Antipolo, thus, this may somehow affect your travel time. Pero usually sa gabi sila umaakyat kasi mainit nga naman sa araw and what I know, the last few Holy weeks eh pakonti na ng pakonti umaakyat dun kaya you should have no problem taking this route.
Am posting here mga churches na pede mo daanan along with some infos courtesy of a brod who is working with the priests.
ANTIPOLO - visit the image of our lady of peace and good voyage, enshrined since 1632. this is a good place to start your voyage kasi nga naman good voyage.
passby town of TERESA - though me churches din dito sa towns proper but then di naman ganun ka-significant but still worth a visit.
MORONG - you'll be visiting San Geronimo Parish, one of the frequently photographed churches in Rizal and described as baroque.
BARAS - here meron old church, the San Jose Parish, built sometime 1682. road here is quite narrow lalo na sa plaza and most streets here do are detoured due to one way pero di ka naman maliligaw since this is a small town.
TANAY - an old church, San Ildefonso Parish built in the 1700's. maganda din yung stations of the cross nila dito.
PILILIA - the parish of Sta. Maria Magdalena is worth a visit. The structure is made of adobe.
this area is quite mountainous and lots of winding roads will be encountered, hence, the need for safe driving.
passby SINILOAN
MABITAC - visit Nuestra Señora de Candelaria. dito maganda view ng church kasi on top of the hill.
PANGIL - visit Navidad de la Virgen Maria Parish.
PAKIL - visit San Pedro de Alcantara Parish, a Franciscan church. the feast of Virgen de Turumba is celebrated in September where devotees dance in the streets as they imitate the sick. Also, try the Bukal ng Birhen which is just behind the church and is believed to have medicinal waters flowing.
PAETE - visit Santiago Apostol Parish. This town is famous for wood carvings, thus, this church is most florid and rich in architectural decorations.
pass through KALAYAAN
LUMBAN - visit San Sebastian Parish. medyo na renovate na ito lately pero yung interiors I believe is intact pa din.
PAGSANJAN - visit Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. yung town proper mismo is magaganda characterized by mga Bahay na Bato, ala Vigan sabi nga dito.
SANTA CRUZ - may church din dito na maganda puntahan Santa Cruz Parish.
PILA - visit San Antonio de Padua Parish, a simple and classic church.
pass thru VICTORIA, CALAUAN, BAY, LOS BAÑOS and CALAMBA - worth it din visit mga churches dito as what other posters suggest.
Then on your to SLEX going home....
Its pleasant driving around Laguna de Bay towns, scenic views with the bay on one side and hilly portions on the other. medyo limited na lang mga malalaki gas stations. Though one good stop is in Exotik Garden Restaurant in Longos, Kalayaan, dami food choices.
Ooppss, holy week nga pala dapat fasting and abstinence....forget this stops and other stopovers as well. Mag penitensya ka na lang, wag ka na kumain.
Happy Trip!
