Right turn at East Avenue and head towards Quezon Memorial Circle.

Enter the QC City Hall compound through a side entrance along East Avenue or the main entrance along the Elliptical Road.

Once inside, look for the Hall of Justice Building which is to the left of the main City Hall building if you come in through the Elliptical Road entrance.
