It'll take over 3 hours if you include breakfast, plus of course there's still the travel from Urdaneta to Manaoag, which is about 20 minutes.
Toll booth traffic isn't so bad for northbound motorists on a Sunday morning. Most vacationers leave on a Saturday.

Juts direction is the best route. In the event you turn right at Mac Arthur hiway after exiting Urdaneta TPLEX exit, you can turn left at the junction of Mac Arthur and Binagonan-Asingan road. That will lead you to Manaog as well.
Sta Rosa to Baguio in 4 hrs is no sweat. Did that last June took off 5am averaging 110km/hr in all expressways via Kenon.

August 17th, 2015 09:30 AM #75Guys, since Cathy is basically clueless (just like me) about the names of the places, exits etc, can someone post a Google map or link.
For Cathy, based on my experience, once you are in NLEX, you'll never miss SCTEX and TPLEX as long as you follow the signs.
Ang mahirap jan once you exit TPLEX.

Google Maps link for the Sta. Rosa - Manaoag route: https://www.google.com.sg/maps/dir/1...6.043987?hl=en
If you're totally clueless, the best option really is to use Waze throughout the whole trip to avoid getting lost.

August 17th, 2015 12:40 PM #78yung sinabi ni funkee fastest route na yan. "^Take Urdaneta exit at TPLEX, turning left southbound. Turn right at the first intersection with traffic lights. Yun na pa-Manaoag."
bale coming from South > Edsa > NLEX > SCTEX > TPLEX (urdaneta exit) > Turn right (first stop light) > Manaoag

Out of topic lang....
Yes you can make it in 4 hours- Manila to Baguio- if you travel non stop and within speed limit of 100kph on the expressways and no lines at the toll booths of nelx, sctex, and tplex.
Just today, i left BGC at 930am, and reached Baguio at 330 with an hour and 10 minutes stop at Matutina for lunch, 15 minutes at Petron Lakeshore and 5 mins stop at Rosario for fuel refill and taking Marcos hiway going up.
So basically, it's give or take a few minutes and you can make it in 4 hours, but who doesn't want a good meals and some yosi break along the way. Unless, you are determined to prove something or otherwise.
