directions going to baguio via new routes

hello guys, may i request on your expertise on directions going to baguio coming from manila, as far as i know, il take the nlex, sctex and the rest of highway only, but i heard theres a new route that will avoid some towns of pangasinan where traffic is kinda bad, the last time i went in BC is 2007,but we came all the way in banaue, we avoided the towns of urdaneta to be precise. we were already near the boundary of la union when we got to the national highway going to baguio, some pips told me that after sctex then goin to pangasinan, you need to pass a new route that will avoid some towns of pangasinan and will directly lead you to the last town of pangasinan going to baguio.thanks for the info. we will leave on the third week of april, time of trip is around midnight, proposed ETA to baguio is before 6am.
