The vehicle speed at which the oscillation starts happening is not the same for all vehicles. It depends on the amount of imbalance, the dimensions of the tire and how tolerant is your steering mechanism. Some have reported 60kph while some only starts to feel it at 140kph.

Wow! Same problem I was about to ask here.
Currently I am also experiencing road noise apparently coming from my rear end. Not sure din kung tire o wheel noise ba yun or kung sa bearing na ba. It started lang kasi since I changed to Yokohama A-Drive yata (confirm ko mamaya). It started barely noticeable. Now it's getting worse, even as slow as around 40kph nag-start na umingay. When I bought my wheel and tires kasi kasama na wheel balancing. Pero when I got to SLEX grabe ang alog ng manibela from 80kph pa lang. So pinare-balance ko at naging swabe na. Sa likod same worse balance pa rin. I am thinking to change my rear tires to another brand or another model, pero baka kasi di pa rin ma-resolve.
