Based on michelin website recommended rim width for 185/65R14 tyres are the following: Min = 5.0", Optimum= 5.5", and Max = 6.5". So to be safe check mo muna yung Rim Width nya.

Most 14" rims are at least 5" wide. It shouldn't be a problem.

The measurement is in inches of the surface where the bead sits, if you measure from outer lip to inner lip, it won't be exact, but it should give you a good estimate.

Yup. Tire size only becomes a problem if you're upgrading to 205 or larger. At 205 you'll need at least a 6.5 - 7 inch wide rim. Up to 185, any standard 14x5 rim is just fine.
