July 29th, 2024 09:19 PM #1Hi everyone,
IÂ’m looking to upgrade my vehicleÂ’s mags and rims and would love some advice from those with experience in this area. My goal is to improve both the aesthetics and performance of my car, but IÂ’m not sure where to start.
What factors should I consider when selecting new mags and rims? For instance, are there specific brands or materials that offer better performance or durability? How do different sizes and designs affect driving dynamics and fuel efficiency? Any tips on ensuring a good fit and compatibility with my car model?
I also check this: https://www.tsikot.com/forums/mags-rims-wheels-159/steels-versus-alloy-wheels-better-106288/rails I appreciate any insights or recommendations you can share!
Thanks in advance!

It depends on what car you have now and what you plan to do with it.
What "performance" upgrade are you looking for.. better comfort? Better on-road acceleration, cornering? Better off-road gravel, off-road sand, off-road mud, etc. etc.
That said, tire choice would have a bigger factor in overall performance.. so do suspension, brakes, etc.

July 30th, 2024 10:11 AM #4not a mags buyer here,
but i suppose, "buy from legitimate branded stores, po. fakes, aka cheap models, have been known to literally fall apart when challenged".
pragmatically speaking,
unless you plan to do serious racing, or plan to take her off-road, or simply want to make your car stand out from the crowd,
stock is fine, po.
cogitate for a while, po.
baka takaw tingin lang yan.
peace.
i kinda like the BBS designs... artsy.
but i confess, namimili siya nang kotse.
what's your ride, po?Last edited by dr. d; July 30th, 2024 at 11:30 AM.
