How do I restore stock 97 Civic Vti Mags?
Nastuck lang sa bodega ng matagal. madumi na talaga sya. Parang kinabitan na ng moss and grime. And it's not shiny like before.
How do I make this like new again without having to buy expensive wheel cleaners?

repaint ata katapat niyan lalo na kung malalalim mga gasgas if ever meron...?
