19" ROH Black Mantis Wheels

Saw these for sale sa sulit, well not the Black Mantis, but the regular 19" ROH Mantis for 24", was wondering if i could have some feedback on the ROH brand, planning to upgrade my CX-5s shoes kasi to these, the stock wheels on the CX5 is 225/65R17 tires on 17" x 7.0" JJ wheels. Both wheels have offsets of 50mm (ET50) was wondering if magiging compatible ito. Dont know much about rims kasi newbie palang and reading up on em. Any help or comments will be greatly appreciated. Salamas!

As per the seller this is the rims specs:

size 19, pcd 5x114.3, offset 40 Shadow Chrome color

Pwede po ba directly magpunta sa warehouse nila or order basis lang po sila? Planning to try po kasi itong ROH kasi affordable po ang price. Thanks po
