Altis mags are around 8-10k. Then just add new tires, unless you want to live with old tires.
I sold my brand new Altis tires and rims for 22k in 2015.

Got the mags for 10k last year tapos ngayong year ko lang sya kinabit with brand new Neuton NT8000 tires worth 10k. Still have my 15s pero di ko maoffer sayo since pcd 114 sya.

Went to one of the T. Mapua shops this afternoon and got a set of new 15" knockoff rims, 2-year-old Yokohama DBs and a new set of open type lugnuts for a total of 19,500. They accepted our stock 14s with 5-year-old tires for 3k so our total payout was 16,500.
Make sure that you check the manufacture dates if buying second hand tires. The sample they showed me was made in 2014 but when the rest of the tires were about to be installed they were all made in 2012. I told them to get me newer tires and they were able to find 3 made in 2014 and one made in 2015.

4 pcs with tires. I kept my spare tire. My 4 tires now are 18s but the spare is 16.
I'm not a fan of the 86 rims. Too common and doesn't really look good anyway. The 2.0V rims look better. Or go with 18" OEM-style rims, which is what I did.

You'll only use the spare temporarily - just to get to the tire shop to get your main tire vulcanized or replaced. No different from cars that only come with a donut spare. It's harder to find a set of 5 aftermarket rims than the usual 4. Not to mention more expensive. So don't bother.
