March 19th, 2019 10:01 PM #1Hi. I had a pioneer z5150bt installed to my 2018 kia Carnival. However, the steering wheel control buttons (left side of the steering wheel - volume, etc.) do not work. Do i need a module or adaptor so that the volume controls work?
Thank you in advance.

March 19th, 2019 10:27 PM #2Did you tell the installer to connect the controls to the stereo?
If it has been connected, I believe all that has to be done is to configure the buttons on the head unit. I did not have to install any adapter on my Santa Fe when I had my AVH 295BT installed.
