1.95m magiging 2.4m... better buy cash... madaling i-haggle yan to 1.7m... that's 250k discount...

Not really. Mura rin ang interest ngayon.
23% over 5 years is pretty cheap. You can invest the money you don't have to pay upfront in something else that can yield higher than that.
Of course, that takes more discipline and financial savvy, which is why it's still best to avoid debt unless you really know what you're getting into.
