I understand what you and andyeastwest are saying. Hell, if we're rating on a scale of one to ten, the Lexus showroom would be eleven and the others would be five. But that doesn't matter.
BMW and Audi showrooms in Alabang aren't that luxurious inside (like I said, they look pretty much like the Jag showroom. The Audi showroom in particular is cramped), but they sell a whole crapload of cars. All Jaguar has to do is have a showroom in the right location, have the cars on prominent display and not hidden behind fancy roman blinds or hedges, and have salespeople out on the floor.
Again, these are showrooms to sell cars. Period. They have to be reasonably attractive and businesslike. They don't have to look like five star hotels, because they're not selling floor tiles or condominium units.
