Hi! My old 2007 old look Dmax m/t is doing 14/16km/l city/hi way driving. It has bigger than the usual tires pa but not that big (265) stock rims. Proud owner here! You can never go wrong with a Dmax. I was about to have it traded in for a 2002 Patrol/ Fortuner/ Fieldmaster (since I already have a baby) but changed my mind. I'm having it traded in for an Alterra!

my 03 xuv m/t consumes approx 12km/liter. driving habit is shift around 2.5k rpm or higher and in the city mostly 3rd gear lang. i drive it hard coz takot ako baka mag iiba ang takbo ng makina at mawala power pag tipid mode habit (shift less than 2k rpm). or baka mali ako? pls enlighten me

i don't think you can reach 12 kms/li while shifting above 2000 RPM in the city and mostly 3rd gear lang. hindi naman mag-iiba takbo even below 2000 RPM shifting. i suggest kung sa city, once in a while apakan mo till it reach 2.5 or 2.8 RPM. mostly i do it at night and sa mga side streets hehe....you know!

Minsan pa nga 17km/l. Mas matipid lalo na kung expressway as in.

Ilang Liters po ba ang Full tank ng Trooper, coz mine consumes half a tank for an average of 200km. in city driving, it's the same consumption when I drove it from Manila to IloIlo about 530km in half a tank.

malaki talaga difference kapag hiway driving. yung hilander namin umabot ng kulang 17km/l nung bumiyahe kami ng tarlac. pero sa city driving 13.+km/l ang ang pinaka mataas ko.

2000 Fuego M/T w/ shell: ~13km/l City w/ A/C, shifting * 2000rpm & coasting before anticipated stops. 12km/l in heavy traffic and 14km/l when free.
Isuzu is d best!

I have an XTO A/T Turbo

Last Week I Had a full tank reset ung sa odometer mileage, then kanina lang full tank ulit 375 ung mileage then 42.3 liters ung na karga. so parang mga 8.8km/liter lang.
this is city driving btw. No change in driving styles na pati.

Ug mileage naman from my last change oil is appproximately 6700+. so lagpas lagpas na cya sa 5000 km. i delayed it kasi magpa rehistro na ako this month. bukas pa change oil ako then palit ng oil filter tingin ko kung magbago ulit.

from what i can remember parang nasa 10-11lm/liter pa ako noon.

yung sa akin xTO manual 2001.

bilib ako sa mga umaabot ng 12km/lit sa city.

sa akin kasi 9.5km/lit avg sa city not so much traffic yan pa minsan minsan lang.

sa highway naman is 15km/lit.

ang ginawa ko nag experiment ako in one observation very light sa pedal halos d umaabot sa 2000rpm yun mileage ko 9.8 km/lit sa city.

isang beses naman ginawa ko naman heavy sa pedal. napansin ko nung binilang ko halos same lang 9.5km/lit not much difference.


bakit kaya d ko kaya yung 11 to 12km/lit ? d kaya d na kasing efficient ride ko or ok lang yung below 10km/lit?
