You got 2 options. One is to have your insurance claim. Since Hit and Run, then go to a traffic police station and ask them to do a "Police Report", if you know what i mean. Just have them put there that it was parked in ____ (depending the area where the police report will be done) and when you came out, you saw the damage and no one seemed to have seen the accident happen. (best you make it appear it happened at night) Syempre, may lagay ka dun sa gagawa ng police report.
Now here's the catchy part. If the repair amount (should be estimated by an authorized ISUZU dealer and try to as much as possible REPLACE damage parts not remedyo) would surmount to more than the 1% insured value of your D-Max, then go for a claim. If less than that, go to option 2 --- drop the idea of a claim and have it done by a good talyer. But I must warn you, the damaged center cap would have to be replaced.
Good luck!

WELCOME!!!
Before I suggest rims design, I just want to know if you intend to retain the current size of your D-Max rims (16") or upgrade it's size? What current rim design are you using? Any particular design you're looking at?
I have seen some nice rims on a D-Max but these are (at the least) 18" if not 20" in size.
