Hi sir Benz / all tsikooters,

I am planning to have a tour by land travel with my family (wife and 2 sons) from Davao to Manila this coming December using my 2011 Sportivo Xmax automatic.

    Pero marami po akong tanong:
    3. Any tips po sa mga may experience na byahe sa ganitong layo in terms of road safety, security, etc.?

    * sportivo - sir, kaya kung sa kaya.. my friend, who was the previous owner of my 2005 Sportivo AT, drove the sportivo from Manila to Davao with no problems whatsoever.. Mga 8k daw ata na krudo nagastos niya..

Hindi ko nga lang masagot yung iba mong tanong kase I have no experience travelling that route..

The longest travel I did with my 6-year-old Sportivo AT was around 1,100kms.. Hindi din ako nagkaproblema sa byahe sir..

*Sportivo: In addition to what tata_ismael has already mentioned, I believe a Ro-Ro trip such as what you're planning is achievable without sweat. I have seen older cars make it, I see no reason why the Sportivo could not.

As any long trip would require, make sure you have your vehicle thoroughly checked before the trip. Change oil may be in order. Check fanbelts, fluid levels, brakes, wiper blades, etc. Fill the tank to the brim. Make sure to bring basic set of tools, extra fanbelts, a gallon of water, a liter of brake and power steering fluids and mobile phone and charger to name a few. As for documents, bring the vehicle's Owner's Manual, Maintenance Logbook and clean copy of the OR and CR.

    1. Kayang kaya sir basta kondisyon ang sasakyan
    2. Isuzu Hilander XTRM 2000 model lang sir Cotabato-Manila-Baguio-Ilocos VV. Ako lang ang driver, with my wife, two kids and three teen agers na pamangkin ni misis.
    3. Mga 4 nights, depende yan kng mag sight seeing pa sa mga magagandang lugar along the way like Agusan Marsh, Leyte Landing at San Juanico Bridge sa Tacloban, Mayon sa Albay, Tagaytay at stop over for picture taking pag my magagandang views.
I check ang sasakyan before travel.
IDs. During our travel, pati birth certificate ng mga bata nagdala kami, hehehe panigurado. By the way, last May this year lang kami nag travel, nakakapagod sayo as driver pero enjoy ang mga passenger. Happy motoring sir.

I suggest you still get the same Michelin tire standard for your Crosswind. Brand, CHECK! Sturdy and does not easily wear off, CHECK! Some I know use GY or BStone and would want to shift to Michelin.

Good afternoon po!

Kala ko po nung una eh Axle bearings, so I had both replaced. Di pa rin po nawala. So I checked the Universal joints...same...di pa rin po nawala.

Checked brand new and its 38k kay jason. Surplus is 22k sa blumentritt!!!

Good morning!

TIA!
