Assuming you have released your parking brake before experiencing this problem, i suggest its possible clutch related, so bring in your XT for a service checkup?

Thank you for your reply...I am sure I am not using the hand brake as I do not normally use it during short stop on steep slope. I will try to ask for checkup on the clutch as you suggested.... Thanks again...rademamj

hey, guys. am planning to install accessories sa sportivo (front nudge, not bull bars; rear bull bars & roof rack). baka may ma-recommend kayo na medyo mura pero astig. inquired at carryboy shop near the office at Global City, around Php 20k e, wala pang rear. nakamahal yung imomodify pa daw dahil di sukat kasi wala sila specifically for sportivo.
