There are no longer xto variants available brand new.
As far as I know,
xl, xt and xti -have smaller dimensions, runs on smaller wheels
xl- base model
xt -9-seater mid-range variant
xti - accessorized 7-seater variant, sort of a junior Sportivo.
xuv -bigger lifted variants that runs on bigger wheels.
Sportivo - range-topping variant, xuv-like but fully accessorized.
All variants are powered by a reliable, fuel efficient but puny 84-hp 4ja1 naturally-aspirated (non-CRDI) diesel engine.

Turbo is now standard. Used to be, you could only get turbo with the AT variants, but now you get it with the MTs.
Best buy of Crosswinds is the XTi. Cheapest variant with luxuries. The rest are either too expensive or too bare.
