comprehensive insurance claim

Hi sirs. I would like to get your piece of advice regarding this matter - repair of damage. My dmax have a huge dent at the rear fender. I have a comprehensive insurance to cover the damage. Since it will be my first time to claim, here is my question:

A. Can i demand frmthe insurance company that the repair be done in the Isuzu casa?

I am quite worried if they will point me to a certified talyer and I need to leave my vehicle with them for days to fix the damage. Things such as replacing some genuine parts in the engine or from other parts of the vehicle which I would not know.

Pag sa kasa mo kinuha insurance (inhouse) sa kasa repair nyan. Mas maganda repair sa casa palit panel di katulad sa mga talyer pokpok at masilya ang ginagawa.

Bago lang ba yan dmax mo? how old? kung bago for sure sa casa yan.

if above 3 yrs, check for non-casa clause sa policy mo.

If there is, sa accredited shops padadala ng insurance yan.

Yes bro ask an estimate sa casa then yun ang ipasa mo sa insurance.

If dent lang yan sa bumber, di po nila yan papalitan kahit sa casa... Though pulido din naman gawa. Para mareplace yun bumper dapat may butas

Sir eh yung sakin kaya 3days palang tapos may kunting scratch pwde kaya to sa casa?sabi ng casa si bpi na daw bahala kasi sa bpi ako kumuha ng comprehensive insurance. Sabi naman ng bpi ipa estimate kung lagpas ng 9k saka palang nila sasagutin. Eh di nman aabot ng 9k kasi kunting scratch nga lang.baka 2k lang po.tnx mga bossing
