How to clean headliner?

Guys pano nyo nililinis ang headliner nyo?

I've seen video sa youtube na gamit daw ng rinseless na detergent. Anong brand ba yung may rinseless na detergent?

Medyo lagi ako naka windows down kaya medyo maitim na yung mga kanto kanto ng headliner eh.

The main issue with headliners is that you don't want to get them too wet, as this will degrade the glue holding the headliner to the car body and cause the headliner to sag. Here's how I clean mine:

I use an all-purpose cleaner (APC) diluted for interior use - an option that's readily available would be Microtex's Quickleen - and spray the cleaner on a microfiber towel - not on the headliner directly! - and then use the towel to wipe the headliner, in gentle, straight-line strokes. You'll see dirt and grime accrue on the towel - as necessary, re-apply your APC and/or change to a fresh side of the towel. Once done cleaning, do a final wipe-down, this time using a towel slight dampened with water, to remove any residue left by your APC.

yup ive tried APC sa 1995 mazda 323 namin, works well, parang bago lang yung headliner nya. be careful though kasi pag sobrang pauli ulit mo gamitin the headliner gets thin as well to the point na masisira sya. well just a hunch baka sobrang luma na nung sa 323 namin kaya ganun nangyari. best to try first on a small area, sa likod ka start para if ever something goes wrong d halata.

Ibang style naman nakita ko sa Shell - Kalaw Hills, gamit nung detailer eh abaca brush yun nabibili sa palengke, lublob nya yung dulo ng brush sa APC then hagod sa head liner in uniform stroke and direction, amazing pag dinaanan nung brush nahuhulog yung dirt sa brush at yung headliner natatanggal yung grime. Yung headliner hindi gaanong nababasa at no need to vacuum dry. Pag yung detailer ang gumagawa parang very easy, pero malamang masakit sa braso yan at sa leeg.

Hindi immediate ang result kaya napapadiin punas ko. Ayun kinabukas ng matuyo, puro himulmol Hehehehe.

Tiyagaan talaga sya bro - you'll need to take your time, do lots of wipes with light pressure only. Don't try to do it all at once - work small sections, say a 2x1 foot section, over the course of a month,
