Seatmakers Kamuning Walang Kwenta Ang Gawa at Customer Service
Yesterday at 3:13pm at Seatmakers Avenue Inc.
Reasons why we want a refund:
1. Lead time was 2 weeks. We were told that we will get a call from Ritchell the sales manager, once the seat cover are ready to be installed. After 3 weeks, we called & was told that it was there already. We found out that Ritchell Villao (branch manager) went on leave for 2 weeks, left her responsibility & forgot to call us.
2. We went there, left the vehicle & when we came back, we found out that there was 2 inches tear on the second row back rest of the new seat cover they installed. Either the the leatherette size incorrect (too small) or their installer was careless.
3. Same side (left side) behind the driver seat. The leatherrette didn't fully cover the seat, comparing it to the right side.
4. Their work on our 4 headrest w/ holes are inconsistent. Zippers weren't cut. The leatherette was not lots of folds & cumples.
5. Seat covers have lots of small visible imperfections like end stitches were not knotted & the brand new seat cover already has chipped-off.
6. They are declining our demand to fully refund the money we paid. Ritchell said that they will deposit half of our money to my bank account & the other half will be refunded once they are able to sell the seat cover that we rejected because of poor quality to a different customer.
Expectations from any businesses
1. Good communication - Hindi dapat ang customer ang mangungulit kung tapos na ang pinagawa.
2. Quality & durability - Kaka-install palang, punit, tastas at buka na agad ang mga tinahi. Gusot din yung sa headrest
Note: Di ko nakuhanan nung naka-kabit pa yung seat cover. Here's the album & photos I posted sa facebook -》https://m.facebook.com/DipSooManiacP...7850906219468/
