1k pms - hyundai dasma 4/5, ngrequest akong ibalik ung tira oil (0.5 liter) at lumang oil saken, binalik nman.madami lng extra nailagay saken,like silicon spray, egine treatment,etc.
5k pms- hyundai pque west, 3.5/5, ok nmn quote saken.walang other charges..kaso ang tagal ko nghintay..
car wash n lng daw..mga 2hrs ko hinhintay n car wash n lng.haha compare sa 3 casa, parang di nmn na-car wash auto ko dito..tsktsk forgot to request na ibalik ung tirang oil,so hindi binalik.
10k pms- hyundai las pinas, 4/5. forgot to request na ibalik ung tirang oil,so hindi binalik. nkatipid ako kasi ginaya ko lng quote sa tropa ko..downside,nilgyan ng brake stop squel b un..eun,npamahal ako ng mga 500php for that

Sana mabasa ng mga respective casa managers ang thread natin para ma improve nila ang mga service...or mabigyan ng sapat na "praise" sa mga maganda ang comments.
Pero sa tingin ko merong nagmo-monitor na mga taga Hyundai dito sa forums.

Hyundai Abad Santos 3/5 - ok na sana service kaso sinira nila yung rear right spindle dahil na over tigthen ng mekaniko nila. Natuklasan ko na lang nung sa labas na ko nag pa change oil.

Just checked the Facebook page of Hyundai Pasong Tamo. Panay staff and agents nila ang nagbibigay ng 5star rating.

This trash dealership, owned by Klassik Motor Cars, who is also selling BMW, Mazda and Ford, sucks ass. Do NOT go there, even for PMS. They will screw you over and over. Do not patronize any dealership that they carry!

Dealership is relatively new, service lounge with TV, service bay is clean and can be easily seen from the lounge, no unnecessary items on the service list (e.g. engine flush, etc.), staff are accommodating, you can observe while your car is being service as the service bay is accessible, lowest quote among casas in Laguna (for first 1000 km PMS), proximity to Hyundai Logistics Center gives it edge on parts availability, free car wash, service done under 2 hours, place is just right before entry into SLEX

More power to the staff and management of this casa. Maybe you can have them read this thread on your next PMS. Once they find put that their efforts are appreciated...and read in this thread, it would surely motivate them to even do better.

Negats kami sa Hyundai Calamba.

Nagkaproblem yung 2014 Accent Gas ng pinsan ko. Brake master tube may tagas. Nagbabawas siya ng brake fluid. Ang ginawang remedyo ng Casa boys nilagyan ng teflon yung tubes going to brake master cylinder. Ang damage 600 pesos for labor daw. Tapos wala namang ginawang bleeding.

Then my cousin told me na humina brakes ng accent nila. Ayun after that di na kami umulit. Nagpagawa na lang kami sa isang "Hyundai Specialist" daw malapit dito sa amin. Ayun oks na. Pinalitang ng mga rubber bushing ata yun. So far wala pang tagas at hindi nagbabawas.

So our rate to Hyundai Calamba is: 2/5
