Hancars new policy in service? What's your take...

Hi guys,

I had my 5000kms PMS in HANCARS, talked to gee-ann, and he told me that we are not allowed to bring any materials needed for PMS. Lahat sa kanila na kukunin. The oil they are using is CASTROL 10W/40 which has a SF rating. Since I already brought my oil, oil filter and air filter, he allowed me to use it.. Kaso sabi nya next time hindi na daw pwede.

Eto pa, I asked him if I can still bring the unit to other HYUNDAI dealers for PMS, he told me that hindi na daw pwede, for emergency purpose lang (don't know what he meant).. Anway, I clarified Webson about it and he told me that they still allowing customers to bring their unit to any accredited dealers like Hyundai Global or Hyundai Quenzon Ave for PMS. Warranty claimed need to be done in their office.

Service was done in 30 minutes... Change oil lang talaga.. Lubricated the under chassis and no retightening was done.

IMHO, if HANCARS will be strict on implementing this, it will be a bad move for them.. What's your opinion guys?

Sa totoo lang ayoko talaga niyang Castrol na yan. WHich I believe CF rating yan. Nung time na yan ginamit sa 1k PMS ko. Di ko gusto takbo ng engine. Rough ang idlong niya. Pero nung 10K PMS ko which i brought my own engine oil na ZIC 10W-30 CI rating. Ibang iba ang hatak niya.

Wala nga reitightening pg nagpa PMS ka.

Kaya ako, di ko na pinapasok sa casa yung mga GS namin, kami na lang dito gumagawa kapag PMS lang tapos bili kami ng parts either kay Seiring o Fronte.

Yup that time di pa mahigpit nun. Nagtatanong pa sila kung oil lang daw ba dala ko.
Then nung ngpa 15k PMS na ako, sabi di na daw pwede next time.

Sana mabasa eto ni webin na yung castrol na ginamit nila hindi maganda ang performance. He is the dad of webson.

kahit may corkage for sure meron pa din magrereklamo

pag may nakasanayan na talaga tao tapos bigla mo binago aayawan na

imo hancars is just doing business. pangit nga lang sakanila coz for sure aside from their units, yan din gusto ng owners -- pwede magdala ng sarili oil.

panget naman talaga castrol eh, tried it once on my previous ride pangit manakbo

panget naman talaga castrol eh, tried it once on my previous ride pangit manakbo

Kahit sa L300 FB namin ayaw ng Castrol simula nung ginamitan namin ng Mobil pati ZIC.
