Well ang original is WeatherTech from US. Hippotech made in Thailand naman.

Hi, just got a 2012 starex the other day and have a few questions.
1. How much are the rear door shocks?
2. Just found out my low beam headlights dont work, any suggestions for replacements?
3. Hearing a slight 'tok' sound under when passing bumps, is this possibly suspension issues?
Whats the best shop to have these done (outside casa)
Thanks in advance for the tips, no clue yet on common issues of the starex... But slowly back reading this thread.

Sa bridgestone magaling sila sa suspension ng Hyundai, yun tok na yun rear shocks yun, palitan mo na. Bile ka na lang nun made in Korea OeM sa Fronte / Goodgear, kahit hinde na yun orig Hyundai , pwede na uun
Yung tok sound might be bushings sa front at madali lang ayusin. For suspension, kilala na ang Velocity along E. Rod. Meron na sila ng replacement parts.Quote:

Narerepair ba ang leak sa aircon system kung maliit lang talaga ang leak? I noticed mine everytime i turned on my Aircon may tunog ng refrigerant. Pero malamig naman ang aircon ko.
I would like na ipa linis ang system, pero baka mas lumala kung pakialaman agad. 2 months ng ganon pero malamig naman AC ko. What's your take?

Seiring araneta malapit na sa erod (2nd corner before e rod nasa right side if coming from q.abe) or goodgear pasay taft near edsa (from edsa go north on taft nasa right side). Tok sound pwede bushing or suspension. Yan lang naman madalas sakit ng starex plus yung madali maupod ang brakes sa harap. Yung black powder na makikita mo lagi sa front wheels mo brake dust yun. Buy replacement pads sa goodgear para mawala na din yung maganit na sound everytime magrelease ka ng brakes.
Sa more than 7 years na nasa akin yung 2010 GS ko i never had to clean the ac. Everytime naglilinis o palit ako ng aircon filter sinisilip ko evaporator e malinis pa din. Yan maganda pag may aircon filter, basta maayos ang pagkalagay ng filter hindi dudumi ang evaporator. Yung front evaporator lang may filter. Sa likod wala kasi pwede linisin ng hindi binababa ang evaporator.Quote:

Had mine pulled down 2 years ago dahil nag leak ung rear na evaporator. Pinalitan naman, last January nagpadagdag ako ng refrigerant kaso medyo naghilaw ang lamig. Hindi naman ni recommend ng technician na ipagawa ko agad baka daw may butas na sobrang liit lang naman daw. Pero nakaka irita kasi yung hissing sound heheheQuote:
