Most casas won’t give any guarantee in your case. Process of elimination lang yan. I’ll be dumbfounded myself if it still not the ABS module.

I went to Goodgear in Pasay yesterday to have it inspected and if possible for them to do flushing.
They looked at it and found no problem with the line.
The chief mechanic, Arnel, advised me to go to another Hyundai casa for reset or reprogramming because it could really be the ABS module.
He also said that OBD scans may not really get the ABS module problem. The appropriate tool is the scan tool of Hyundai.

Goodgear does not have the ABS module but contacted another shop which sells it for Php 44k but without warranty because they will not install it. The said part is better installed by the casa because it needs brake bleeding with an instrument.

I then went to Hyundai Manila Bay but the service advisor said that most likely they will also conclude it to be the ABS module also and advised me to save the money for the re-scan (?) to buy the needed part. They do not accept parts bought from outside.

I am now at the point of deciding to buy the part from Hyundai and have it installed. Hyundai Las Pinas said they can give me 15% discount for the parts and P3500 for the labor. This will come to around P56k in all. It will just take 1 or 2 days to deliver the part.

Any last minute advise/s from this forum will surely be appreciated before I commit myself to this expense tomorrow.
One of the global moderators at the Santa Fe Club Phils forum has a Hyundai GDS (scan tool). I'll try to get his contact number. He can scan your GS.

The second time, they recommended replacement of suspension parts which I did not believe so I went to a Shell repair shop to have the suspension inspected and turned out that the suspension is solid. Pina-replace ko nalang ang brake pads sa Shell.
The third time, I think Hyundai did the reprogramming of the ABS which seem to work after a few trips but it returned. I'm saying ''seem'' because I was able to use the unit a few times only (Sundays) and short trips lang.
When I noticed that the front right side was not braking again, fourth time, they recommended replacement of the ABS module na.

During the 3rd and 4th time, it took them quite some time tinkering with my GS before concluding the replacement. They might have done the re-set/reprogram during these times but I'm not very sure because I'm not allowed at the service area all the time. BUt during the last check, I saw them use a wireless tablet to diagnose the problem. Just don't know kung paano naka-connect sa GS yung scanner nila na wireless - bluetooth, WIFI, etc???
    The GDS connects via wifi.

*jrln: Id try to have 5th and 6th opinions with fronte banawe and asko banawe.
No way that theyll refund you the 56k abs module if hindi pa rin maayos. By elimination na lang kasi sila

Yes, I plan to go there tomorrow for a fifth opinion before I commit myself to the P 56k expense at Hyundai Las Pinas. Fifth opinion kasi magiging pang-fifth ang Hyundai Sucat tomorrow.

So far, the opinions of the following sources are:

    Hyundai Las Pinas - replace
Berima Diesel - ABS module not faulty
    Goodgear chief mechanic - replace
    Hyundai Manila Bay - replace
    Napalitan naba brake fluid mo?
    When and where?

10000% correct, casa will never admit that they replaced a completely working part. They will always find another faulty part.
