    hammer: 6-slot grille
    hummer: 7-slot grille
eto rin ba ang difference ng orig at di orig na jeeps (wranglers, renegades)?

    hammer: 6-lug wheel
    hummer: 8-lug wheel
and oem tires ng hummers are 37-in. goodyear mud terrains,
yung hammers yata use 31-in. tires.

ang military-used "pick-up" body humvee kaya bang i-convert ng amc into

Hummer H1's run 37" Goodyears (military-spec). AMC Hammers use 33"-40" tires (depends on client).

AMC will also refurbish ex-Military Hummers.

It has a GM 6.5 turbo diesel. You have to make do with whatever service facilities you can find (just like having a vintage car serviced).

But there are small specialists here and there.

    Medyo OT to;
Wala pang napapabalitang na-carjacked/carnapped na AMC Hummer di ba?
Siguro magandang i-consider din to when buying a car.

Hindi naman desirable ang AMC Hammer. Acquired taste iyan and not for everyone.

Besides, if you opt for an up-armored model, pwede ka pang mag-belat sa carjacker while he tries to shoot you through the ballistic glass and armor plated body. hehehe.

How do you distinguish an imitated hummer from a real one?
