Meron kasi akong pinagtanungan dati binebenta 2nd hand na Rota MGM for 19k. Nagalangan ako kasi 2nd hand kaya di ko agad binili, nung makita ko yung details ng binebenta nya, yung tires lang pala second hand (95%) pero yung rims brandnew. Nanghihinayang ako kasi sold na nung napansin ko yun..

Update to bro Albee and fellow GE with Garmin GPS:

I loaded the OSM map to my Garmin kahapon and noticed right away the big difference sa interface (mas better ang rg than OSM on that department). Pero the good side is mas updated to kesa sa standard map ng roadguide (para sa mga wala pang time mag-contibute to get the contributor's version). Try ko later pauwi using both maps at the same time.

Naku bro hindi ko malilimutan yung Ondoy na yun, hanggang ngayon di ko pa napapagawa yung EPS kaya libre workout.. haha! Inuna ko pa kase magpalit ng HU tsaka kung anu-anong upgrade kesa dun.

Fusebox pinalitan ko, buti okay yung ECU. Lately nagpalit ako release bearing kase tumutunog yung clutch. So far wala ng lumabas na sakit kaya okay naman.

Buti na lang wala ka nun kase lubog na lubog din Countryside diba?

Buti ka pa bro. Di ko kase talaga mapigilan umalis gamit GE ko eh. Hehe!

btw, with regards to my driving habits, im very light footed on the accelerator, conscious lang talaga ko sa FC lalo kapag tumataas ng 49/ltr na ang gas. hehe.

based on meter readings, dati kase 9.1, 8.1 and 8.5 km/ltr. i got these numbers relying on full auto "D". I just let the engine do its work while I step on the accelerator.

then kahapon lang and until this morning, i tried using the paddle shifters while on "D". what I did was to shift to higher gears quicker than what the auto "D" does. i shift the gear just before 2000rpm. and i was impressed with immediate improvement which is now at 10.5km/ltr. this is pure city driving btw.

based on my initial observation, my fuel gauge which is now at 3/4 level already made a trip of 100+km. i'll wait and see what the actual FC results on my next gas refill kung nagimprove nga talaga.

as a follow up to my post last 12/30/2010, I already had my filler awhile ago. My GE's reading was 319.4km out of 29.031 liter gas-up last 12/29. btw, again this is purely city driving - with the usual stop and go traffic + uphills to antipolo. hence, my actual FC is 11.002 km/ltr (meter reading was only 9.7). so i may say that doing this technique with the paddle shifters while on "D" really improved my FC and im happy with the results.
